1. Prize: One photography session (winner’s choice of either a maternity shoot, newborn shoot, or family shoot – max 2 adults, 3 children).

2. Booking & Availability: All sessions are subject to availability. The winner must book in advance and the prize must be redeemed within 4 months of being notified, unless otherwise agreed. Package choice depends on timing – for example,    if a maternity session cannot be scheduled before the baby arrives, the winner may switch to a newborn or family session instead.

3. Location: The prize is valid for locations within a 20-mile radius of Wantage, Oxfordshire. The photoshoot can take place at the winner’s home or at a mutually agreed outdoor location within this area. For those living outside the 20-mile radius, the shoot will take place at a suitable location near Wantage (e.g., a studio or public outdoor space). The photographer reserves the right to decline any location, including private residences, if deemed unsuitable or if there are personal safety or comfort concerns. The final decision on the shoot location rests solely with the photographer.

 

4. Non-Transferable: The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services.

5. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries and contacted via Instagram DM.

8. Image Use: Lizzy Nelson Photography may use selected images from the session for promotional purposes, including on social media, the website, and marketing materials. If the winner does not wish for their images to be used in this way, they must notify Lizzy Nelson Photography in writing at the time of booking. There is no obligation to grant permission, and all requests for privacy will be fully respected.

9. Personal Use Only: The prize photoshoot and resulting images are intended for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or resold.

​

10. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the winner cancels or fails to attend the scheduled session without at least 48 hours’ notice, the prize may be forfeited at the photographer’s discretion. Rescheduling is allowed once, subject to availability.
